Welch – Hunt

At the residence of the bride’s parents, near Snapping Shoals, Henry County, 
one day last week, a happy marriage was consummated by the uniting of Mr. B. B. 
Welch to Miss Mary Hunt, by Rev. Mr. Jackson.  Both the highly contracting 
parties are residence of Henry County and only their immediate friends and 
relatives witnessed the ceremony.

The groom, Mr. Bianton Welch, is one of the most prosperous young farmers of 
Henry County, a gentleman who numbers his friends by the score, and is capable 
in every respect of honoring the excellent young lady he has chosen as a 
partner in life, by his exemplary conduct.

The bride, Miss Mary Hunt, comes of an excellent family, and is a  young lady 
of superior educational advantages, and possessed of virtues of that order 
which make her a loveable and helpful young companion.
