Carmichael of McDonough was married to Miss Anne Adele Lilly of Gainesville. The marriage occured at the home of the bride's parents in Gainesville, the ceremony being performed by Rev. J. F. Pharr, the Presbyterian minister of McDonough. Mrs. Carmichael is a daughter of Mr. and Mrs. C. A. Lilly and is universally admired in Gainseville. Mr. Carmichael is a prominent young business man of McDonough, whose energy and enterprise are rapidly winning success. After the ceremony, an elegant luncheon was served, and at 2:30 o'clock the wedding party left for McDonough the future home of Mr. and Mrs. Carmichael, where they were entertained at an elaborate tea at the home of Mr. Carmichael's parents. The bride and groom were accompanied home by Misses Agnes and Mary Carmichael of Jackson, Miss Trellis Carmichael of McDonough, Mr. George Knott of Atlanta, and Messrs. H. B. Carmichael, L. H.
