The Henry County Weekly, November 6, 1896
SANDY RIDGE
     On the fourth Sunday of October, Mr. WOODARD O'NEAL and Miss SALLIE WELCH,
were united in the holy bonds of wedlock, 'Squire S. C. Stewart officiating, 
and on Wednesday after, Mr. JOHN STROUD and Miss CLARA WELCH were also married
at the residence of the bride's parents, Rev. J. A. Jackson officiating. Also
on Nov. 1st, at the residence of the bride's mother, Mr. JAMES JEFFERS to Miss 
NENA STALLWORTH. May much joy go with the whole band- and hurrah for Sandy 
Ridge.
