     This is the Will of Jesse Bentley who married Mary Scott in Wilkes
     County, Georgia. Jesse came from North
     
     Carolina to Wilkes County.
     
     HENRY COUNTY GEORGIA, The mother of Counties:
     
     Jesse BENTLEY---Revolutionary Soldier, served in Virginia. Fifth
     (5th) and eleventh (11th) Continental Line

     Jesse is probably the first cousin of William Bentley II and
     Jeremaih Bentley. All three fought in the Revolutionary
     
     War. All three came from North Carolina, and all three came to
     Wilkes County, Georgia winning Land Grants and
     
     purchasing other lands in the county close to each other.
     
     Below is listed an abstract of the Will of Jesse Bentley found in
     the Henry County Courthouse at McDonough,
     
     Georgia.
