Johnson and my daughter, Tally M. Johnson jointly, land bounded by Walnut Creek on South and W.A. Turner on the west. Jointly with wife Eliza during her lifetime or widowhood homeplace to be the property of daughter, Tally M. Johnson. At the death or termination of widowhood Eliza W. Johnson, her joint interest to be sold and proceeds equally divided up among my children namely: Josephine L.M. Lovvorn; J.M. Johnson; Cora O. Fields; J.F. Johnson; Emma E. Fields; and Herschel H. Johnson. To daughter Josephine L.E. Lovvorn, land in Dist 3, 75 acres. To Jordan M. Johnson $500 cash. To daughter Cora O. Fields, 70 acres of land. To son John F. Johnson 86 acres of land and $200 cash. To daughter Emma E. Fields 120 acres of land. To son Herschel H. Johnson, 100 acres of land and one mouse colored mule named Jerry. My cows, hogs, farm implements and provisions to remain for the use and support of the family. All cotton crops except that conveyed to my wife, to be sold and divided equally except to Eliza and Tally M. Johnson. Appoint son Jordan M. and wife Eliza W. Johnson as Executors. Appoint son J. M.
