GEORGIA-HENRY COUNTY:
  Notice is hereby given that the undersigned, MRS. ANNIE M. NOLAN, 
administratrix de bonis non cum testamento annexo of ABEL A. LEMON, deceased, 
has applied to the Ordinary of Henry County, Georgia, for leave to sell the 
lands belonging to the estate of ABEL A. LEMON, for the payment of debts and 
for the purpose of distribution. Said application will be heard at the regular 
term of the Court of Ordinary of Henry County, Georgia to be held on the First 
Monday in October next, the same being October 3, 1904.
This Sept. 5, 1904.
