WILL OF DAVID RICHARDSON
21 Sept. 1830 Henry Co. Ga.

In the name of God amen.
The last will and testament of David RICHARDSON of the State of Georgia &
Henry County.
I David Richardson considering the uncertainty of this mortal life & being
weak body but sound mind and memory blessed be almighty God for the same, 
do Re and publish this my last will and testament in the manner and form
following that is to say
First of all I will and direct all my lawful debts to be paid
Second I will and direct that all my estate both real and personal be kept
and remain together till such times or time as or all of my children shall
marry, or live at the age of twenty one years then so much of the estate
shall be given to them or ---? of them as they may marry or arrive at the
age of twenty one years as can conveniently spared at the discretion of my
Executors and so soon as the youngest child shall marry or arrive at the 
age of twenty one years I will and direct that all of my estate Real and
personal be sold at public sale at the sum arising from such sale together
with the amount which may be given to either the children before such sale
where therown I will and order to be distributed in following manner That 
is to say be given bequeath unto my loving wife Prisciller parts on one 
third thereof for ever and the balance to be equally divided and 
distributed among my three children (VIZ) Washingotn W. Robert S. and 
Sarah A. A Lastly I appoint my trusty friend Stephen TERRY executor and 
my wife Priscilla RICHARDSON executrix of this my last will and testament
in witness thereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal this thirteenth 
day of June Md. in the year of Our Lord one thousand eight hundred and 
thirty.
