ACTS OF THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE State of Georgía, PASSED IN MILLEDGEVILLE AT AN ANNUAL SESSION IN NOVEMBER AND DECEMBER, 1831.

BALDWIN Sec. 11. That Lucius Q. C. Lamar, Farish
Carter, Seaton Grantland, James Bozeman, Green Jordan,
Samuel Rockwell, and Thomas W. Baxter, and their
successors in office, be and they are hereby appointed
and declared to be a body corporate, under the name
and style of the trustees for the Scottsboro' Male
Academy, in the county of Baldwin.

BALDWIN Sec. 30. And be it further enacted, That Wm.
D. Scoggins, L. J. Smith, Thomas Raines, James Talbot,
and James Jolley be, and they are hereby appointed
Trustees of Corinth Academy, in Baldwin county.
