Jones, and their successors in office, be, and they are hereby appointed and declared to be a body corporate, under the name and style of the trustees of the Lyceum Academy, in the county Carroll. 1837 ACTS CARROLL Sec. 47. And be it further enacted, That Benjamin Barns, Jason McKleray, B. Huckabe, Leroy Williams, and Chas. B. Hanton be, and they are hereby appointed Trustees of the Union Academy, in the county of Carroll, on lot of land No. 94, in the sixth district of said county.
