Beaver Creek Primitive Baptist Church


The church was established in the 1820's Piney Grove, just south
of Bonaire, GA.

The cemetery near the church is now abandoned.

The church burned in to the ground one spring Sunday in 1936 and a new one was built on Sandefur Rd, several miles away. During the time of the rebuilding, Andrew Chapel (Methodist) allowed the Beaver Creek members to worship in their church building. (In 1992, from June-September, Andrew Chapel met in the Beaver Creek Baptist Church so the long ago favor was returned)
