Georgia } 	This Indenture made the fifteenth day of August in the 
		year of our Lord One Thousand Eight Hundred and 
Twenty Seven and in the fifty second year of the Independance of the 
United States of America between John Deshazo of the county of 
Bullock of the one part and Nathan Minshue of the county of Houston of 
the other part.  Witnesseth that the said John Deshazo for and in 
consideration of the sum of One Hundred and Twelve dollars in hand 
paid at and before the sealing and delivery of these presents the reciept 
whereof is hereby acknowledged hath granted bargained sold alleviate 
conveyed and confirmed and by these presents do grant bargain sell 
alleviate convey and confirm unto the said Nathan Minshue his heirs and 
assigns all that tract or parcel of land containing two hundred two and a 
half acres known by lot No. 230 (two hundred thirty) in the fifth district 
of Houston County .  To have and to hold the said tract of land with all 
and singular rights members and appertainces thereof whatsoever to the 
said Nathan Minshue herein belonging or in anywise appertaining with 
the remainder and remainders revertion (?) and revertions rents issues 
and proffits hereof to the only proper use benefit and behoof of him the 
said Nathan Minshue, his heirs executors administrators and assigns in 
fee simple and the said John Deshazo his heirs executors and 
administrators the said bargained tract of land unto the said Nathan 
Minshue, his heirs executors and administrators and all and every other 
person or persons shall and well warrant and forever defend bu virtue of 
these presents in witness whereof the said John Deshazo hath hereunto 
set his hand and aforesaid his seal the day and year first above written 
signed sealed and delivered in the presents of:

Georgia, Houston Co.}   personally appeared before me, Matthew Sikes (?), 
			one of Justice of the Peace for said county, 
Robert Deshazo and after being duly sworn, saith on oath that he was a 
subscribing witness to the above deed and same John Deshazo 
assignes the same for the purpose of the witness mentioned and also 
said Richard Deshazo assigns the same as witness sworn to and 
subscribed before me this 20th day of August, 1827
