Indenture between John Deshazo and Nathan Minshue 15 Aug 1827 Houston Co, GA 15 August 1827 Bk C, p.429 Georgia } This Indenture made the fifteenth day of August in the year of our Lord One Thousand Eight Hundred and Twenty Seven and in the fifty second year of the Independance of the United States of America between John Deshazo of the county of Bullock of the one part and Nathan Minshue of the county of Houston of the other part. Witnesseth that the said John Deshazo for and in consideration of the sum of One Hundred and Twelve dollars in hand paid at and before the sealing and delivery of these presents the reciept whereof is hereby acknowledged hath granted bargained sold alleviate conveyed and confirmed and by these presents do grant bargain sell alleviate convey and confirm unto the said Nathan Minshue his heirs and assigns all that tract or parcel of land containing two hundred two and a half acres known by lot No. 230 (two hundred thirty) in the fifth district of Houston County .
