Houston County
     This Indenture made this the 5 day of October in the year of Our Lord, One 
Thousand, Eight Hundred and Thirty nine, between Wm K. Hall of the first part 
and B. B. Wilkinson of the other Part, both of the State and county above 
written.
     Witnesseth that the said Wm K. Hall for and in consideration of the sum of 
One Thousand and Fifty dollars to him in hand, paid at and before the sealing 
and delivery of these presents, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged 
granted, bargained, sold and conveyed and does, by the Presents granted, 
bargained, sell and convey, unto the said B. B. Wilkinson, his heirs, asigns 
That tract, or Parcel of Land, situate, lying and being in the thirteened 
district of Houston County, Known and distinguished, by No. One Hundred and 
Twenty Three, (Bound on East by Lands of Dempsy Brown, & on the South R. 
Stokes; To Have and to Hold said Tract or Parcel of Land unto him said B. B. 
Wilkinson, his heirs & assigns, together with all the rights and ____ the 
rights, members & appartuances there of.  To the same, in any Man belonging, To 
his or their own proper use, benefit & behoof, forever, in fee simple.  And the 
said Wm. K. Hall for himself, his heirs, Executors & administrators, The said 
bargained and promises, unto the said B. B. Wilkinson, his heirs & asigns, 
Forever.  In witness whereof, The said Wm K. Hall hath hereunto his hand and 
seal, The day and year above written.
