Sinclair of the one part and Thomas Pollock of the other part. Witnesseth that the said Robert D. Sinclair doth bargain sell and deliver unto the said Thomas Pollock for the sum of Three Hundred Dollars a certain tract or parcel of land containing Two Hundred Two and a half acres more or less the same lying in the state and county aforesaid---Two Hundred Twenty Nine---to have and to hold said bargained premises unto him the said Thomas Pollock his heirs and assigns to warrant and forever defend the same unto him the said Thomas Pollock his heirs and assigns. As witness I hereunto set my hand and seal this day above written in presence of his Morris p Pollock mark R. D. Sinclair L.S. John Fulton Georgia Houston County Before me Joseph Ellis a Justice of the Peace in and for said county personally appeared Morris Pollock and being duly sworn deposeth and saith that he saw Robert D.
