Cousin Enoch,

Perhaps it may not be remise to say to you olde boss? that I should be very glad 
to receive a letter from you as it has been a long time since I wrote you I 
think you have had time to answer if you have got any warm blooded fellows for 
Texas like you undoubtedly had 2 years ago send them on they shall have a chance 
at some of their Mexicans friends, at the present crisis everything is on tiptoe 
more or less about Texas but time if I were capable, will not allow anything 
more. Yours with due regards.
