All rights reserved. http://www.usgwarchives.net/copyright.htm http://www.usgwarchives.net/ga/gafiles.htm ************************************************ File contributed for use in USGenWeb Archives by: Lindy Hard ssautyvalleyfarm@worldnet.att.net October 27, 2003, 4:40 pm Macon Messenger (newspaper) 11 Jan 1844 ADMINISTRATOR'S SALE.--By virtue of an order of the honorable Inferior Court of Houston county, when sitting for ordinary purposes, will be sold, before the court house door at Perry, on the first Tuesday in March next, Lots of Land No 132 and 133, in the fourteenth district of said county, containing four hundred and five acres--these losts are improved and not inferior to any on Hog crawl creek, on which they are situated, 10 miles from Perry, on the Travelers' Rest road, where the subscriber is now residing, and will show the premises to any person wishing to purchase; and will make a contract of the same, and give possession on the first day of January next, if applied to before that time. At the same time and place, will be sold the north half of Lot of Land No. 303 in the 14th district of said county, pine and unimproved. Sold as the property of Aaron Low, deceaed, for the purpose of paying the debts of said estate, and making an equal distribution. Terms made known on the day of sale. Also, on the first Tuesday in April next, will be sold before the court house door in the town of Cuthbert, Randolph Co., Lot of Land No. 242, in the 8th district of formerly Lee, now Randolph county.
