Cemetary And Obituaries Of Houston County Ga
Amanda S. Cheek-wife of William R. Cheek died on Febuary 10,1905 at the home 
of her son ,Mr. Wm.J.Cheek near Small Academy.Burial was in the Evergren 
Cemetary,Perry,Ga.She was born October 18,1833 and was 72 yrs.old born in 
Jones County GA.Most of her life she spent in Pike County Ga.But then she 
moved with her husband several years ago to Houston County Ga.She was the 
mother of 10 children, eight of whom with their father survive her.They are 
John W.Cheek ,James E.Cheek,William J.Cheek,and Edgar F.Cheek all of Houston 
County Ga.Robert L.Cheek and Mrs. A.L. Perdue of Macon,Mrs.A.E Crawford of 
Griffin,Ga.and Oscar F. Cheek of Ashburn,GA.

Additional Comments:
This is my Maternal Great-Great Grandmother.
