Mrs. H.C. Harris, wife of Mr. H.C. Harris, who is known all over the cotton 
growing states as the manufacturer of the Dow Law cotton planter, died at Fort 
Valley last Saturday afternoon.  She was as pure and lovable Christian woman as 
the writer ever knew, and her death is a great loss to her family and the 
community.
