Houston Home Journal (Perry, GA), Thursday, 23 December 1880
     At the residence of Mr. J. R. Minter, by Rev. S. D. Clements, Mr. C. A. 
Thurmond, of Houston county, formerly of Monroe, was married to Miss Lizzie 
Minter, of Marion county.
     Their relatives and friends extend to them heart congratulations.
     May peace, prosperity and happiness ever attend them, and, worthy of a 
prosperous future, may they have the encouragement to look forward to 
a "grand, beautiful and successful life."
     (The above notice should have appeared in our issue of the 9th inst.,but 
was not handed in until this week. -- ED.]
