Item No. 1 To my daughter Deborah Howell give and bequeath one horse. 2 To my three sons, Thomas, Ethraldred, and John Howell, give and bequeath the remaining part of the land I now live on or die possessing of that is to say three fourths of said tract then in my possession the other fourth of said tract is conveyed and give unto my Grandson John Howell, the son of my Daughter Deborah Howell Item 3 To my son Thomas I give and bequeath 1 Horse bed all furniture Item 4 To my son Ethraldred I give and bequeath one Horse bed and furniture Item 5th To my Son John I give and bequeath one Horse bed and furniture Five cows four (?) calves also his claim of hogs Likewise unto my three sons Thomas Ethraldred and John I give my two negro men Bob & Sampson to be equally divided at their Mother's death and all my farming utensils and Cooking instruments and household furniture of every description and use whatever Further it is my will and desire that my beloved wife Mary Howell shall have and keep in her possession all the property that I die in possession of during her need on head on life and further it is my will and desire that if my negro men do not Conform to the wishes of my Executors hiring ter name that the said Negroes shall be sold and the money Equally divided between my three sons Thomas Ethraldred and John. I do constitute and appoint and ordain my trusty friend Henry Pitts and my son Thomas Howell my Executors to this my last will and Testament I with here hire Blake Mims doth acknowledge this to be my last Will and Testament this 16th day of February 1826.
