Will of Mrs. Josephine Sandefur

State of Georgia, Houston County
Last Will and Testament of Josephine Sandefur.

I, Josephine Sandefur, of said State and County, being of sound and disposing
mind and memory, do make this my last Will and Testament, hereby revoking all
wills heretofore made by me.

Item 1st. I want, after my death, all of my expenses paid up; Then I desire, all
the rest of my property equally divided between my three daughters, Beulah
Andrews and Etta Harrison of Kathleen, Georgia, and Evie L. Brinson of
Swainsboro, Georgia.

Item 2nd. I hereby appoint my daughter, Beulah J. Andrews, Executrix of this my
last Will and Testament, without compensation.
As all my Estate will be in Money and Bonds she is not to make any Surety Bond
nor any returns to any Court.

In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand in the presence of the
subscribing witnesses this 28th day of April 1926

Josephine Sandefur

Signed, declared and published by Josephine Sandefur as her last Will and
Testament in the presence of the undersigned, who in her presence and on her
special instance and request and in the presence of each  other, have signed our
names hereto as subscribing witnesses, she signing in our presence and we
signing in her presence and the presence of each other, this 28th day of April 1926
