 Tommy G. Hudson, 51, of Ocilla died March 2, 2005.

 Born May 16, 1953 in Irwin Co. to Grace H. Hudson of Ocilla and the late 
Eugene Hudson, he had worked for the Department of Transportation for 18 years 
and was currently crew chief of surveying, working out of the Tifton office. He 
was a member of Long County Hunting Club, Horse Creek Hunting Club, Irwin 
County Youth League, and the Engineering Association of the Georgia Department 
of Transportation. He was a member of Bethlehem Baptist Church.

 Survivors, in addition to his mother, include his wife, Gloria Hudson of 
Ocilla; children, Wesley Hudson, Hunter Hudson, Nan Pope and Joey Ammons, all 
of Ocilla; sister, Debbie Browning of Nashville; seven grandchildren.

 Funeral services were held March 5 at 11 a.m. at Bethlehem Baptist Church in 
Irwin Co. with the Revs. John Gibbs, Jr. and Donnie Wright officiating.

 Interment was in Frank Cemetery.

 Paulk Funeral Home of Ocilla was in charge of arrangements.
