Helen R, Paulk

   The funeral service for Helen R. Paulk of Ocilla, who died Tuesday, 
October 15, 1996 at the Medical Center of Central Georgia, Macon, was 
held Thursday, October 17 at Satilla Baptist Church. She was 67.
   Rev. Dan Johnson officiated at the 2 p.m. service with interment in 
Ocilla Cemetery.
   Pallbearers were Plenn Moore, Daniel Harper, W.E.
  O'Neal, Rex Johnson, Wade Greene, and Walter Hudson.
  The pianist was Dr. Jackie Clayton and soloists were Brenda Johnson 
and Audrey Brown.
 The deceased was born June 20, 1929 in Berrien County to Roy and Mamie 
Faulkner Rowe.She lived in lrwin County most of her life and was the 
retired owner-operator of the Osceola Restaurant. Ms. Paulk was a member 
of Satilla Baptist Church.
 She is survived by one son:Nelson V. Paulk of Ocilla; one 
daughter:Vickie Paulk of Ocilla; 6 grandchildren and 2 great 
grandchildren; 1 brother:Roy H. "Hank" Rowe of
Irwinville.
 Paulk Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
