Walter White

Home going services were held Saturday, February 1, 1997 for Mr. Walter White. 
at King Ghapel Baptist Church. Mr. White died January 27; he was 60.
Rev. Nelson Walker and Rev. Bobby Davis officiated at the 11:00 a.m. service. 
Interment was  held in the church cemetery.   Music was provided by the church choir. .
Serving as pallbearers were Willie Whitlock, Sam Whitlock, Willie Carter, Robert Carter, 
Joseph Manley and Harry Hall.
Born March 3, 1936 to the late Ernest White, Sr. and Alice White he was a veteran 
of the U.S. Army. He was a member of King Chapel Baptist Church.
Survivors include his wife Australia White of Fitzgerald; four children: Janice Carter of Ocilla, 
Cynthia Armour, Elizabeth White, both of Fitzgerald, and Carolyn White of Detroit, MI; 
one brother Johnny White of Albany, five grandchildren, .	
Davis Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
