 Kevin Wayne “Cowboy” Randall, 46, of Waterloo, formerly of Nashville, died 
Monday, December 14, 2015.
 Kevin “Cowboy” was born October 4, 1969, in Portsmouth, VA to Terry Lee and 
Sylvia Ellen Sawyer Randall of Waterloo. He attended Tift County High School and 
was a former heavy equipment operator. He loved horses, cows, heavy equipment, 
fishing and hunting. Kevin “Cowboy” loved people in general especially his 
family and he never met a stranger.
 In addition to his parents, he is survived by his sister and brother-in-law, 
Wendi and Jeremy Mullis; nephew, Matthew Mullis; niece, Holly Mullis, all of 
Waterloo; significant other, Danielle Tharp and her son, Tyler.
 A memorial service was held at 2 p.m. on Saturday, December 19 in the chapel of 
Albritton Funeral Directors with Rev. Terrell Roberts officiating.
 Albritton Funeral Directors was in charge of arrangements.
