   Mr. Terry Wayne Wright, age 57, of Ocilla, GA passed away on Sunday, April 
6, 2008 at home after a brief illness. Mr. Wright, a native of Coffee Co., GA 
was born January 26, 1951. He is the son of the late Clyde Vernie & Lennie 
Corbitt Wright. He was a truck driver and an avid fisherman.
  Survivors include: wife Patricia Giddens Wright Conyers, GA; daughters, Terri 
Lyn (Ben) Day, Ambrose, GA, Abby Wright & Dana Wright, Conyers, GA; step-
daughter, Shannon Marcus, Valdosta, GA; sister, Willene (Wayne) Sayer, Wray, 
GA; brothers, Danny Wright, Michael Wright & Keith Wright, Douglas, GA, Vernie 
Dale Wright, Live Oak, FL; grandchildren, Gracelyn Day and Maggie Day, Ambrose, 
GA; step grandchildren: Shelby Penrod, Caitlyn Duren, Ashlynn Marcus & Anthony 
Marcus, Valdosta, GA; several nieces, nephews and cousins.
  Funeral services were held 2 p.m. Tuesday, April 8, 2008 at Bethany Holiness 
Baptist Church near Ambrose, GA with Rev. Winston Wright, Rev. Rev. Steve 
Willingham & Rev. Gregory Pope officiating. Soloist June Merritt sang, "Far 
Away Is a Land" & "Lights Of Home" with Bonnie Musgrove, pianist. Burial 
followed in the Sayer Family Cemetery.
  Daughter Abby Wright read a poem written by her father and she.
  Active pallbearers: Dan Paulk, Tommy Little, Wayne Floyd, Danny Patton, Jerry 
Pope, Francis Fountain, David Nettles & Lee Sayer.
  Honorary pallbearers were Bobby Fountain, Ted Adams, Shelton Souther, John 
Ralph Lott, Elton Teston, Paul Mizell, Buddy Dean, Vernon Nolan, Danny Paulk, 
Phillip Paulk, Johnny Morris, Clarkie Leverette, Billy Spivey, Punkin Hall, 
Mitchell Corbitt, Bill Zorn, Vondal Mathews, Ronnie Merritt, Kenneth Taft, Brad 
Fuller & Donald "Duck" Batten.
  Sims Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
