JACKSON COUNTY, GA - CEMETERY - Unknown Cemetery, Harrisburg Dist. ==================================================================== Surveyed 06 Mar 2006 by Dawn Watson Directions: Take Hwy. 15 Alt. from Commerce toward Jefferson. The cemetery is about 1/10 mile past the entrance to Hawkins Shed Road on the left-hand side of the road. It is on a small hill, over- grown with trees and behind a fence that was, at one time, electrified. For reference purposes, this cemetery is listed as Family Cemetery #3, Harrisburg Dist., in the book "Jackson County, Georgia Cemetery Records" by James A. and Betty Ann Waddell Mathis (© 1980; published by Heritage Papers, Danielsville, GA 30633).
