Pages 27-28    Dec.27,1800, deed from JAMES BANKSON to WILLIAM BRAND, both of
Jackson County,consideration of $215 for certain tract of land containing 187
acres in Jackson County on the north side of the north fork of Beaverdam Creek.

Articles of agreement Dec.27,1800 between JAMES BANKSON AND WILLIAM BRAND,
if any part of the within land shall be lost by any prior  Right to the Right
of JAMES BANKSON, then JAMES BANKSON to refund to said WILLIAM BRAND at the 
rate of 12 pounds 10 shillings per hundred for all that shall be taken.
