John Bender - Middle fork Oconee River

1786, November 6 --- This Indenture made between John Bender of Richmond County,
Georgia of the one part unto Ignatius Few of the other part for and in
consideration of the sum of 50 pounds Sterling, doth grant, bargain and sell all
that tract or parcel of land lying in Franklin County, Georgia on the South side
of the Middle fork of the Oconee River bounded Northwardly by the Oconee River
and Eastwardly by John Collins land and on all other sides vacant lands
containing 287 ½ acres, being originally granted  to John Bender by grant dated
the 20th day of September 1787.
