Middle Oconee River-John Bender

1788, May 10 --- This Indenture made between John Bender of Richmond County,
Georgia of the one part unto Ignatius Few of the other part for and in
consideration of the sum of 75 pounds Sterling and by these presents doth grant,
bargain and sell all that trcat of land being in the County of Franklin on the
South side of the Middle fork of the Oconee River bounded Northwardly by the
Oconee and on all other sides vacant land containing 287 ½ acres being
originally granted John Bender by Grant dated October 5, 1785.
