By a Court of Justices of Said County to Joseph Cunningham, Esqr. 
Surveyor of  Jackson County. You are hereby authorized and required 
to admesure and lay out or cause to be admeasured and Laid out unto 
David Castleburry a tract of land in Jackson County which Shall 
contain Eight hundred acres on his own and family headright takeing 
especial care the same has not heretofore been laid out to any other 
person or persons, And you are hereby also directed and required to 
record a platt of the Same in your office and transmit a copy thereof 
together with this warrant to the Surveyor General within two years 
from this date. Given under our hands as Justices of Said Court Court 
this 5th day of June 1815.
