E p.302 State of GA Know all men by these presents that I Randolph TRAYLOR at present in the County of Clark State aforesaid for sundry good causes and considerations (word unreadable) thereunto moving have Ordained, constituted & appointed & by these presents do ordain constitute & appoint my trusty friend William POLK of Franklin County & state of Georgia aforesaid my live & lawful attorney for me & in my name to sell, transfer & convey a certain tract of land granted to me for one thousand acres, lying in Franklin County at the time of survey, but now in Jackson County to any person my said attorney may think proper, & in my name to execute a deed or dispose the same with special Warrantee hereby sastisfying & confirming whatever my said Attorney shall lawfully do, or carew to be done agreeable to the tenor & terms within expressed.
