In the death of this excellent man, society has lost one of its brightest ornaments. All who were intimately acquainted with him, can but shed the tear of sympathy, and unite in expressions of condolence with the afflicted family. A sincere friend to the Church, a lover of the cause of Salvation, connected with hospitable mind and urbane deportment. Esq. Nash lived as he died a humble & we trust a true believer in the blessed Jesus. He was given to us, and we were delighted with his company; but now he has gone to enjoy the company of Angels, and chant requiems of praise in the worlds of light. While the family is left to mourn their irreparable loss, these sombrous weeds of sorrow are brightened with the hope that their loss is his eternal gain.
