Batey, Mr. Andrew – The relatives and friends of Mr. Andrew Batey, Mr. and Mrs.
William Batey, Jefferson, Ga. Mr. and Mrs. James Willis Sims, Statham, Ga.; Mr.
and Mrs. Herbert Craft, Mr. and Mrs. Otis Jordan and family Mr. and Mrs. Bennie
McCleskey, all of Jefferson, Ga.; Mr. and Mrs. Guy Batey, Mr. and Mrs. Dewey
Powers, Springfield, Ohio; Mr. William Poole, Atlanta, Ga.; many grandchildren
and a host of other relatives and friends are invited to attend the funeral of
Mr. Andrew Batey, Monday, April 25, 1949, at 2:00 p.m. from the New Salem
Baptist Church, Jefferson, Ga.  Rev C.E. Smith and other ministers will
officiate.  Interment New Salem cemetery.  Mack and Payne Funeral Home.
