Mrs. Susan Blalock Dead.

Gainesville, Ga., March 23-
Mrs. Susan Blalock, widow of the late Josiah Blalock, died at her home at 
Hoschton at 1:30 o'clock this morning at the age of 82 years.  She is survived 
by three children:  City Clerk J. O. Blalock, of Gainesville:  John and Jesse 
Blalock, of Jackson county.  She was the mother of the late Billy Blalock, who 
was for many years a prominent citizen of Atlanta.  Her remains will be 
interred at Bethlehem church, Jackson county, tomorrow.  Her husband was a 
brother of the Clayton, Fayette and Pike county Blalocks, all of whom are well 
known and prominent in public life.
