NEWSPAPER Issue of Friday, November 27, 1908

Dr. John M. Burns, a brother of Mrs. J.B.S. Davis, died Saturday night at 
his home in Jackson county from an attack of pneumonia. The deceased was a 
retired physician, an elder in the Presbyterian church and quite prominent 
in his section. He was about 75 years of age.
