Blanche Josephine Camp, 83, of Jefferson, died Thursday, August 4, 2005, 
following an extended illness.

She was born on November 15, 1921, and was the daughter of the late William 
Walter and Clara Ann Talley White. She was a homemaker and member of the First 
Baptist Church of Jefferson. She resided for many years in Norcross, where she 
was a member of the Garden Club, Home Demonstration Club and she was active in 
the Norcross First Baptist Church. Mrs. Camp was preceded in death by her 
husband, William Clyde Camp.

Survivors include children, Janice Muma, Dallas, Michael Henry Camp, St. 
Louis, Mo., Ronnie Wayne Camp, Duluth, William Clyde Camp, Jr., Knoxville, 
Robert David Camp, Cumming, James Daniel Camp, Alamo, Tenn., and Rufus 
C. ‘Rudy” Camp, Jefferson; sister, Ethel Sears, Norcross; 17 grandchildren; 
and three great-grandchildren.

Funeral service were held Sunday, August 7, at the Jefferson First Baptist 
Church with the Rev. Dr. Cary Hilliard officiating. Burial was in the Jackson 
Memorial Park. Pallbearers were Matt Muma, Mark Muma, Chris Camp, Robbie Camp, 
Kenneth Camp, William Michael Camp and John Camp.

Memorial contributions may be made to the Jefferson First Baptist Church 
Building Fund, P.O. Box 395, Jefferson, Ga. 30549.

Evans Funeral Home, Jefferson, was in charge of arrangements.
