Betty Ellen Harper Jenkins, 80, of Commerce, formerly of Lawrenceville, died 
Thursday, August 24, 2006.

Born on August 29, 1925, in Franklin County, Ohio, she was the daughter of the 
late Lester and Margaret Harley Harper. She was a retired secretary and a 
member of the Bethany United Methodist Church.

Survivors include her husband, William Fred Jenkins Jr., Commerce; daughter, 
Linda Bader, Winder; son and daughter-in-law, William F. Jenkins III and 
Vickie Jenkins, Royston; four grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.

Funeral services were held Sunday, August 27, in the chapel of Little-Ward 
Funeral Home with the Rev. Hulon Hill officiating. Burial was in Gwinnett 
Memorial Park, Lawrenceville.

Little-Ward Funeral Home, Commerce, was in charge of arrangements.
