Annie J. Sailors, 87, of Nicholson, died Sunday, July 16, 2006.

Mrs. Sailors was preceded in death by her husband, Earl Sailors.

Survivors include two daughters, Bessie Harper, Monroe, and Barbara E. Smith, 
Athens; a son, Earl “Butch” Sailors, Yuma, Ariz.; 11 grandchildren; 18 great-
grandchildren; two step-great-grandchildren; and four great-great-
grandchildren.

Graveside services were held Tuesday, July 18, at the Nicholson Cemetery with 
the Rev. Hulon Hill officiating.

Bridges Funeral Home, Athens, was in charge of arrangements.
