Bowen of Jackson county & State of Georgia in perfect memory of mind and common health, Do make ordain & declare this my last will & testament. To my dearly beloved wife Nancy Bowen I give my two negro women Dolli & Rose during her life for to help support her in her old age those said women with roses child & whatever increase may proceed from them hereafter to be equally divided between my sons Thomas, Hiram & Perry & daughter Thirza David, only fifty dollars to be paid out of the value of said negroes to my son Horatio Bowen after the decease of his mother Perry Bowen to be paid a resonable price for the support of said increase till fit? to divide & I have divided with them other negroes & designated to each one in writing his portion of ? there may be no more said on that Score? all household & furniture & plantation tools & stock of every description to my son Perry to balance what I have given the others except the nick horse or wh! at I may git for him & disign to make up lack in Hirams land I constitute & appoint my friend & Brother John H.
