(or H.?) King a negro woman named Seah & her little Boy Child near two months old also I give & bequeath Charles Miller Robert Espey Charles Dupree John King Jr. David K.? King & James King three sons in laws & three sons to be Equal in ? a Certain Tract or Parcel of Land Granted to Charles Miller Deeded to me by David Miller the Land now lying & being in Telfair County on the Ockmulgee River No 317 for their use & benefit also I give & bequeath unto my Daughter C. Eliza Espey Wife to Robert Espey one horse Creature & one feather Bed & furniture for her use & benefit also I give & bequeath unto my beloved wife while she lives Two little negro girls by the names of Joye and Dovey and one feather bed all to be at her disposal if she out Lives me & breaks up house keeping otherwise if She Choses to Continue in the house my Will is that She may be Well Taken Care of by our Son James so as to Live Comfortable While She Lives all other Property not Disposed of Either by Will or Deed of Gift May be sold as soon as Law or Conveniance will admit and the money to be Divided among the motherless Legatees the Children My Daughter Jane Miller left is five in number I give Twenty five Dollars to Each to Maryann Briand Twenty five Dollars the Issue of my Daughter Peggy Espey seven in number Fifty Dollars Each also my Will is that ? & the Cart & Steers? and household furniture & Kitchen furniture be sold as soon as convenient to Raise Money for the Motherless Legatees as soon as they of age to Receive it the two little negro girls mentioned in the other side to be my beloved Wife to be at her Disposal Either by Will or to bestow them at her pleasure Let her break up house Keeping or Keep it I do by these Presents nominate & appoint Robert Espy John King Jr. & David K.
