First It is my wish and desire that all my property both real and personal should be sold to the best advantage so soon as it can be done after the present crop is Gathered (except such articles as may not be necessary to complete the crop which may be sold as soon as convenient) Second. I give and bequeath to my Sister Rachel Webb, one hundred dollars for her attention to me, and taking care of my eldest daughter, since the death of its mother. Third. I give to Misses Frances Hogan One hundred dollars for the raising my youngest daughter from the death of its mother until now. which shall be full compensation to the family. The balance of my estate I wish to be equally divided between my two daughters Polly Ann & Milda McAnn McKinney when they become of lawful age, or marries to the satisfaction of my Executors. I wish them (my Daughters) to be under the Controul of my Executors and to be decently educated and provided for during their minorship. and lastly, I do hereby appoint James Hampton and James Montgomery the Executors of this my last Will and Testament this 31st day of May 1832 Charles McKinney Elijah Clowe N. It is my wish and desire that, that part of the above will, should be changed which relates to the sale of all my property, both real and personal, so far as to exempt from Sale four negroes to wit Allen a boy, Green a boy, Roda a Girl, & Lucy a Girl, and they are to be kept for the purpose of raising my children, and for their use, under the management of my Executors and to be divided between my Daughters at the same time and way that the foregoing will points out.
