Georgia        } In the name of God Amen  I William Morgan
Jackson County } of the State & county aforesaid being in sound
mind & memory but in a low State of health & believing the time
of my departure is at hand in discharge of my duty to my family
I do make & ordain this my last Will & testament as follows
Item I give in manner & form following
Item I give & bequeath to my wife Pricilla Morgan one negro woman
named Feriby & her increase during her natural life & ther to be divi=
=ded equally amongst my children also I leave all my horses cattle
hogs, sheep & geese together with my beds & household furniture
& working tools of all kinds a machine & still except such as shall be
Judged necessary to be sold for the payment of my Debts. To my
wife Priscilla to her use & the use of my children as she remain[?]
in Widowhood & then to be equally divided amongst my children
Item I give & bequeath to my daughter Patsey Shepherd one negro
girl named Minty which she has in possession
Item I give to my son Blake Morgan one negro boy named Adam
Item I give & bequeath to my son William Morgan Ned
Item I give & bequeath to my daughter Joice Morgan one negro
    boy named Peter
Item I give & bequeath to my son Jesse Morgan one negro boy Ihhan[?]
    by name
Item I give & bequeath to my three youngest daughters Priscilla[?]
    Morgan Esther Morgan & Mahala Morgan
    two negro girls named Dilce, & Vina, with all their
    increase to be equally divided between them the
    said Priscilla, Esther, & Mahala when the said Priscilla
    shall be of lawful age
Item My will is that all my land shall be sold at the descre
-- tion of my executors & that my daughter Joice have sixty
    dollars the money arising from the sale of said land
    also that my son Jesse have twenty dollars out of the said
    money, the balance of the money for said land I leave to the
    descretion of my executors to purchase a tract of land for
    the support of my family or divide it with all my children
    I hereby nominate and appoint Samuel Hay & my wife
    Priscilla Morgan whole, & soles[?] executors to this my last

Jackson County } Rogers & David Tuttle & made oath that
they did see William Morgan sign the within Will
& that they also saw Ephraim Patrick sign the same as
