JACKSON COUNTY, GA - WILLS - Estate of William Morgan, 1809 ==================================================================== Submitted by Dawn Watson pp. 25-26, Will Book A, 1803 - 1860, Jackson Co., GA [page 25] Georgia } In the name of God Amen I William Morgan Jackson County } of the State & county aforesaid being in sound mind & memory but in a low State of health & believing the time of my departure is at hand in discharge of my duty to my family I do make & ordain this my last Will & testament as follows Item I give in manner & form following Item I give & bequeath to my wife Pricilla Morgan one negro woman named Feriby & her increase during her natural life & ther to be divi= =ded equally amongst my children also I leave all my horses cattle hogs, sheep & geese together with my beds & household furniture & working tools of all kinds a machine & still except such as shall be Judged necessary to be sold for the payment of my Debts.
