I will that all my just debts honestly & punctually paid. Secondly. It is my will that all the estate after the payment of my debts as I have directed which I may have at the time of my death be divided among my children and Grand Children as follows: that is to my Grand daughter, Eliza Wafford, one horse, & one cow, & one Bed & my household & Kitchen furniture - Thirdly - To my daughter Hannah Wallace, one Bed - Fourthly - To my Grand Son John Wafford, all my tools of every kind - fifthly - all the property not named in the above will to go to the payment of my debts at the pleasure of my Executor -and lastly - I do hereby nominate & appoint my Son-in-law John Wallace Executor of this my last will and testament.
