I leave to my son John Wheeler's children that tract of land whereon said son now resides. I have heretofore given my son Daniel Wheeler the tract of land I now live on, and it is still my will that said Daniel shall have said tract of land as his full share of my estate. I give my daughter Charity Wheeler my bay mare and cow and calf, five of the first choice of hogs, one feather bed, bedstead, and furniture, all my kitchen furniture of all kinds together with all the cotton and half the corn and wheat that I may have at my death both in the field and gathered. The balance of my property of all kinds I wish to be equally divided between all my children with the exception of my son Daniel Wheeler who has, as above stated, received his full and entire portion of my estate. I constitute and appoint my son John Wheeler and my son Daniel Wheeler executors of this my last will and testament.
