Concord Primitive Baptist Church Cemetery Inscriptions, Jasper County, GA
Hwy16 eight miles west of Monticello, Ga.

Note: This cemetery has not been kept up in many years and is overgrown with trees and brush. Some of the graves are unmarked but are known to be buried here. The Church was founded in 1809 and still conducts services once a month.
There are many grave sites marked only with a field stone.
