Monday July 24, 1837
The Court met pursuant to ---------.  Present this Honorable Charles W. C.
Wright.  E.C. (or Eli) Glover, Oct B. Fuller, William V. Burry.  The following
jurrors was then called, sworn inm and imparted:
Jesse Spear, Henry Childs, William Winters, Albert G. Dunn, Gabriel Childs, John
Branson?, John McElhany, Archa White, George Moon?, Richard Norton Esq., Henry
McColister, Washy Handeman.

Adams & Varner vs Fol--- Madden.  Debt settled and cost paid to Attys.

James Dorsett vs executor Robert Brown and admr Michael Toland in right of his
wife of the estate of Jacob McDaniel deceased.  Settled and costs paid to Attys.

James Whitfield vs Benj Jenkins and ----- ------.  We the jury find for the
plantiff two hundred eighty three dollars and four cents principal with interest
and cost of court.  Jesse Spear, foreman.

Seaborn J. Hendrick vs ---- Cross.  I certify Judgement to the plantiff for one
hundred and sixteen dollars, --- half costs with cost of suit with the right of
appeal.  Jas R. Dyr, deff atty.

Joel Edwards cs Green Tencell?------ and the security discharged.  Dismissed at
plantiff cost.

Spofford Harptan? vs John W. Brantley Deft and Richard or Richmond Flemister
Garnishee.  Garnishment dismissed.
