Jasper Court of Ordinary Dec term 1852 Upon hearing the forgoing application for leave to sell the negroes belonging to the estate of Ezekiel Fears decd + the caveat thereto It is ordered by the court that the caveat be rejected + that the caveators recover of Ezekiel P. Fears Administrators of Ezekiel Fears decd the sum of dollars cost G. J. Bartlett atty for cavtors Jasper Court of Ordinary Dec Term 1852 The petition of Rebecca mcClendon administratrix of the estate of Ethelred McClendon late of Jasper County deceased shewith that she has fully discharged the duties of Said Administratix and petitions for a discharge from said administration Upon hearing the petition of Rebecca McClendon Administration of Ethelred McClendon late of said county decd for letters of dismission from said administration. It is ordered that citation issue requireing all persons concerned to file their objections to said application in the office of the ordinary of said county in terms of the law or letters of dismission will be granted the applicant at the July Term next of Said Court Jasper Court of Ordinary December Term 1852 It appearing to the court that John C. Key administrator on the estate of Samuel Leaders late of Jasper Counrt deceased having given Sixty days notice by publication in one of the public gazetts of this State of his intended application for leave to sell all the real estate of said deceased and it further appearing to the court that said sale is for the benefit of the creditors + distributors of said estate. It is therefore ordered by the court that the said John C. Key admr as aforesaid proceed to sell said real estate in terms of the Statute in such cases made and provided Goergia Jasper County } Court of Ordinary December Term 1852 It being shewn to the court by James M. Williams that he has given legal notice that he could apply at his term of court for letters of guardianship for Sarah Hartsfield minor of said County of Jasper. There being no objection filed in the office of Ordinary. It is ordered that letters of guardianship do issue to the said James M.
