M. Swanson Ordinary of said County. The petition of W. F. Jordan Administrator of the estate of Isabella Spear deceased shows that said deceased owned at the time of her death, a certain parcel or tract of land lying in said county whereon deceased resided at the time of her death, containing three hundred acres, more or less and two other lots of unimproved wild lands lying respectively in the counties of Union and Fannin in said State the lot in Union No 38, 16th District, Section 1 containing one hundred and sixty acres, the lot in Fannin No 54, 6th District, Section 1 containing one hundred and sixty acres aggregate three hundred and (320) acres and that for the purpose of paying the debts and making distribution among the heirs of said deceased, it is necessary to sell the Lands of said deceased, Wherefore petition prays an order directing citation to issue and be published in terms of the law, and that if no cause be shown to the contrary, your petioner be granted leave to sell said lands at the December term 1884 of the Court of Ordinary of said County. Notice of application for leave to sell the lands belonging to the estate of Isabella Spear deceased, having been published as required by law and no objection being filed to the granting of said application and it appearing that it is necessary for the purpose of paying the debts and making distribution among the heirs of said deceased that said lands be sold, It is hereby ordered that leave be granted William F. Jordan Administrator of said deceased to sell the land belonging to said estate lying in said County consisting of the "Homeplace" adjoining lands of W. P. Middlebrooks, Brown Sanders, Patience E. Toland and the Lands of David N. Langston, containing three hundred acres more or less, reserving not more one acre for a family burial ground, also to sell three hundred and twenty acres of wild land lying in the counties of Union and Fannin in said State. The lot in Union No 38, 16th District, 1st Section containing one hundred and twenty acres, the lot in Fannin No 54, 6th District, 1st Section containing one hundred and sixty acres. F. M. Jordan Administrator of Isabella Spear deceased has in due form applied to the undersigned for leave to sell the lands belonging to the estate of said deceased all persons concerned are hereby notified that said application will be heard on the first Monday in December next.
