Jasper County}                             October 10, 1812
Know all men by these presents that I John Peacock of the County of Jasper and 
State of Georgia of the one part have granted unto Daniel Peacock of the 
County and State afforsaid one hundred acres of land lying in said County part 
of Lot Number one hundred and seventy I have granted to the above named Daniel 
Peacock part of the lot above mentioned I warrant and defend from me and my 
hiers assigns or any other person or Persons what soever to the Said Daniel 
Peacock to him & his heirs or assigns forever in fee simple to his propper use 
and behoof as witness my hand and seal the day and date above written only his 
mother is to have her living on it her Lifetime I have granted unto Priscilla 
Peacock two acres of land and a building on it to be her own property forever 
as fee simple
