The submitter has given permission to the USGenWeb Archives to store the file permanently for free access. http://www.usgwarchives.net *********************************************************************** Deed: John Dingler and William Tucker Jasper Co, Ga Deed Book A Page 5 Date 11 March 1822 This indenture made on the eleventh day of March in the year of our Lord One thousand eight hundred and twenty two between John Dingler of the one part and William Tucker of the other part both of the county and State aforesaid. Witnesseth, that him the said John Dingler for and in consideration of the sum of Three hundred dollars to him in hand paid by the said William Tucker the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged hath bargained sold and conveyed and by these presents doth bargain sell and convey unto the said William Tucker his heirs and assigns all that parcel or tract of land containing by estimation fifty acres be the same more or less lying and being on the waters of Murder Creek and being Part of Lot Number fifty six in the fifteenth District of formerly Baldwin now Jasper County bounded as follows, viz. beginning at a pine corner running from thence the original cornering on an oak from thence a new marked line to a white oak from thence a new marked line to a pine stake and from thence the original line to the beginning corner the same lying and being in the East corner of said lot together with all and singular the rights members and appurtenances thereof belonging or in any wise appertaining. To have and to hold the said parcel of land with this and any of their rights, members and appurtenances unto the said William Tucker his heirs and assigns and the sd John Dingler doth for himself his heirs and assigns warrant and defend the premises aforesaid to the said William Tucker his heirs and assigns forever in fee simple against his own claim or that of any other person or persons whatsoever. In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal this day and date above written. Signed sealed and acknowledged in the presence of all.
